Le nozze di Figaro opens with one of the most brilliant overtures in classical music, restless, witty, and full of anticipation. In this arrangement for two violins, we move away from the orchestral sound and reduce the piece to its most essential voices. The richly multi-voiced structure is condensed into just two instruments.

The result is a chamber-like dialogue, agile, transparent, and intensely alive. Without the weight of the orchestra, every gesture, accent, and breath becomes audible, revealing the playful tension and refined structure that Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart wrote into the music.

Our interpretation moves between precision and spontaneity, capturing the theatrical energy of the overture while allowing moments of intimacy and surprise to emerge between the two instruments.
